What it finds
Results are grouped; empty groups are hidden.
| Group | Matches | Opens |
|---|---|---|
| Tickets | Reference (260701-9Z7K, or just part of it like 9z7k) and title | The ticket |
| Companies | Name or external id | Companies, filtered to that company |
| People | Teammates by name; end-users by name, email or external id | Settings → Members, or Users filtered to that person |
| Accounts, Contacts, Deals | Name, domain, email, phone, deal title — only while the CRM is on | The record |
| Go to | Page names, e.g. “All boards”, “Workflow”, “Deals” | That page |
| Create | Always New ticket; with the CRM on also New account, New contact and New deal, prefilled with what you typed | The create form |
Type at least two characters; a full ticket reference is found right away. Active tickets come first, archived ones fill up the list when there aren't enough. You only find tickets you could open anyway — tickets a customer's own team is still handling don't show up.
Deals are also found by their account's name: typing “acme” lists Acme's deals. Phone numbers match by their digits, however they are formatted: +49 (30) 1234 and 49 30 1234 find the same contact. Accents and umlauts don't matter either: “muller” finds “Müller”.
With an empty query, the search shows your recent searches (in this browser) and the main pages.
