Company labels
Filter and tag requests with labels owned by the customer company.
When the vendor enables company labels, people on the portal can tag requests with labels that belong to your company (not the vendor’s workspace labels).
Why they exist
Workspace Labels (Settings → Labels) are for the vendor team. Company labels are for Acme’s own triage and filtering on the portal (especially with two-tier).
Using labels
- On the board: filter by label when the filter control is shown
- On request detail: view or set company labels (if your role allows)
Staff still see company labels as metadata when relevant; they do not replace workspace labels on the team board.
